The hotel is located in between of 2 train stations. If you need to pull a luggage with you, u hv to take that into consideration. The opposite road there is another outlet I think looks newer n quieter then this one. The whole hotel is smoke free however we always hv smoke smell when we walked into our room. They use central air-conditioning, which mean if the temperature drops till certain degree you will hv to stay in a warm room. And our room don't hv a window that access to fresh air. They use robot to deliver our food and delivery to our room, which is very convenient. Breakfast simple, not much option. And the menu remain the same daily. They don't provide folk n spoon. You have to get used to chopsticks. Milk is always running out. Slow refill. They are generous with giving drinking water. Hope hotels in China do provide bidet for their international guess.

It’s nice service which allow us to check in very earlier around 12pm.

Location is good with lots of food and shops nearby. Friendly staffs too, they are willingly to help us to input their hp nos to order food delivery.

Very nice staycation to stay, convenient and affordable price for a long trip.

The service of the front office is super friendly, and one of the xiao jiejie even helped us to order supper delivery cos we dont have meituan account to order. However, the toilet has a bad smell from the sewage.

Had a pleasant stay during our visit to Shanghai, definitely worth it and will be back!

Need some walk to the nearest metro station. Otherwise the hotel is nearly perfect in terms of cleanliness, service, etc.

Good service and friendly staff. Walking distance (6-10minutes) to metro station. Rooms are clean, big enough for 3 people, couldn’t ask for more as it’s near to city centre.

Overall was a good experience, parents were pretty happy with the stay. Had some issues with the room but the staff handled it pretty quick with a room changed but slightly smaller in size. Cleanliness in room and lobby were pretty good with the comfort scent but the walkway were not scented and that's the only downside. Location wise was pretty convenient as nearby got many foods and walking distance (400m) to the nearest metro station.

Excellent stay with lots of additional services such as laundry cleaning.

Its not bad place to live if you travel with friends and need cheaper but clean version of hotel, but on the otherside, there is no windows in the cheaper rooms, which i find a little challenging for myself as well as there is almost no amenities. Other then that i liked the place, because there is markets right infront of the hotel where you cN buy some snacks and the main shopping street is around 2.5km by walk which is not that horrible.

Great location, close to the station, really helpful staff, going iut of their way to help with any matter.
