Every time I travel to Wujiaochang for business, I always choose to stay at this hotel. This time, I also booked the Wujiaochang Hyatt for my client. A special thanks to the receptionists, Judy and Claire, who were not only warm and attentive but also very professional, leaving my client extremely satisfied. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only have one remark and that is the missing seating facilities in the large lobby. We are used to talk to our customers in the lobby while seating. Also looks more inviting when people sit and talk.

All was great, would come again. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The location is excellent, with shopping just below the hotel. The service is very good, and overall, everything is very nice!

Perfect location and easy access to public transport. Hyatt is the best. No doubt.

Very kind receptionist and nice breakfast

Location wise is not city centre, but there’s a mall integrated with the hotel, accessible via ground floor, mall is huge and super convenient. Hotel staffs are friendly, breakfast choices is not up to standard though, suggest not to opt for breakfast package, but overall is a 6/10.

A place that finds both comfort and convenience. Comparing when it just started its business years ago, the facilities start to run down a little but the staff can always be relied on providing quality services with smile and patience to accommodate your needs. The front desk gave very welcoming service with a note worthy mention of Yong, the service manager then. I’d love to be upgraded to a higher floor room or even a suite if I visit the place next time as a return guest.

We love our stays for three nights, extend another two nights, one of the beat hotel in shanghai👍🏻
