Lishuilouting Inn (Xiuyan Road Subway Station)

The location is terrible, surrounded by rice paddies; it's practically a family-run guesthouse. It's located on a back alley from the subway station. A supermarket is a 15-minute walk away. It's not a good place to stay if you're visiting Disneyland.

The room is quite big and well furnished. There is a yard outside with flowers and grass, and you can see the lake. The scenery is nice. It is very suitable to come here in summer, sit on the table in the courtyard and chat with three or five friends or family and enjoy the evening breeze.

It's very close to the subway station, only a 10-minute walk away. The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The scenery in the yard downstairs was also very relaxing. I felt at home. I will stay here again next time I come to Shanghai. The value for money is highly recommended. .

Of course, the advantages mentioned in other reviews are real, such as a clean and bright small courtyard, less than 1 km walking distance from the subway station, a very quiet environment, and a spacious and bright room. The pictures are all real, but I still want to make some comments on my own behalf. First of all, I am alone, and this location is not suitable for walking alone at night. There is a section of road with only lights and no people after turning from the main road. The last 100 meters have neither lights nor people. It is still scary to walk alone at night by the river. I don’t know why there is a dripping sound at night. I was woken up several times by the sound of a person wearing an eye mask and earplugs when sleeping. Moreover, as a northerner, I am drunk because the bath water is hot and cold, and I caught a cold and had a runny nose immediately after taking a bath. The air conditioner can heat, but like a hair dryer, it only warms in the wind and does not work immediately when it is out of the wind, so I wear a down jacket to sleep. The sound insulation in the room is also very poor, and you can hear loud conversations upstairs at night. I can't imagine that I didn't feel cold in the 20 degrees below zero. I felt so cold after taking a shower in Shanghai at 4 degrees Celsius. I haven't had this experience in more than ten years. So, if this room is not occupied by one person and happens to be a light sleeper and it happens to be such a cold day, the cost performance here is still good. But unfortunately, I gathered all the debuffs and went to the hotel honestly the next morning

The room is very clean and well-equipped, including a small refrigerator, air conditioner, projector, etc. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and very convenient to Disney. The boss is a person who loves life. The homestay is very warmly decorated, which complements the surrounding scenery. When we left, the boss made a special trip to help us carry our luggage to the stairs, which was very heartwarming. I will go there again next time if I have the chance!

The environment is great. The boss also gave us a raincoat and umbrella for free. We went to Disneyland. There is a scenic path from the subway station to the inn. It was a bit scary to bring the baby at night. The boss said he could pick us up. As a result, there were still many people on the road at night. When we arrived at the inn, the boss was still wondering why he didn't call to pick us up. The little guy still wants to go to Disneyland, and he will be happy to continue to choose here
