Won’t be staying again. No drinkis or snacks in the room. When I got my room service there was not salt or pepper in the shakers.
Also the lights did not work properly so the room was dark ! I checked out and went to another hotel

Our wedding anniversary stay at InterContinental Shanghai Hongqiao NECC was truly exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout and elegant decor, providing the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The hotel amenities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, our experience was great!

Nice hotel with excellent restaurants. Enjoyed the stay and sitting in the small quiet lounge late at night for a small chocolate dessert and night cap.

You can not get closer to the Exhibition. It’s the best option to be almost inside the exhibition. The entrance to exhibition is convenient and relax.

Addition one bed for this type room just nice for two adult two kids…..most convenient part is second floor connecting exhibition hall….metro station just 5-10minit walk…definitely will come back again!❤️

The room is really clean and the food is amazing.

If you are visiting the National exhibition centre, this is a great hotel to stay at. Right next to the NECC and there is an entrance at the hotel second floor that you can take to access direct to the NECC. Friendly staff and modern facilities.
Location however, unless for business or visiting the NECC isn’t too good or near to the main Shanghai attractions, therefore once you are done with business here, you should leave for the main city area.
