The room was truly impressive — spotlessly clean, furnished with elegant pieces, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The entire property, including the serene indoor garden, exudes a quiet, traditional charm that adds to its unique atmosphere. The only slight downside was that the room felt a bit smaller than expected but it was compensated by large area on entrance of room and on bathroom side.

Perfect Hotel with stylish Chinses decroration, perfect location surounded by supermarket, gardens and museum also with the old town street. The warmest is the people here. We met Ms.Zhang at the front desk when we check-in she is so.nice we felt back to home.Highly recommaded and surely will stay in the hotel next time.

This is my third time coming to stay this hotel. No only its updated facilities, from toilet to shower , the morning buffet is my favorite. I appreciate front desk Ms.Zhang. She is very professional and kind. The seasonal lunch dishes r amazing.

Situated in the quaint old water town of Jiading. Museum and attractions are nearby. Plenty of halal Muslim food restaurants. Not exactly near to the metro but it is just a 10 minutes Didi ride away.

This is a wonderful hotel , i have been enjoyed and feel never been waste a penny! all the front desk staff are very helpful, what i have met is LIU YAN LI. She is really provide great service in a timely manner, answers all my questions about future room bookings. She deserve a A+ complimenting. tks

The Joya Hotel in Jiading is a lovely hotel for those who want to visit nearby attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower and large bathroom was heavenly. Joya is located near the entrance to Jiading's ancient town and areas with shops and restaurants. The breakfast could have been a bit better. I missed having a custom egg station, but the noodles were good. Overall, it was a great stay for one night!
