Just a stone's throw from the Bund and a few minutes' walk to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around. The laundry service was excellent; both the auntie and the front desk lady helped with my clothes. Breakfast and the late-night congee were definite bonuses!

After comparing several Atour hotels, I finally settled on this one, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to The Bund, and only a ten-minute walk to Nanjing Road Metro Station. The breakfast had a great variety, and there's even late-night supper available when you return to the hotel. The location is fantastic, very close to the Bund, and you can even hear the clock tower chime. However, it's a bit of a walk to the subway station. The soundproofing is good, and the environment is quite pleasant. Since it's on a lower floor, there's not much of a view from the window. The service is excellent, and breakfast is delicious. For the evening snack, they offer congee, steamed dumplings, and other small dishes, all very tasty. Their mini-program also offers several paid services, which are quite affordable.

Nice location. Near to Nanjing shopping street, the bund. It’s winter, so hotel only can on heater not aircond which is the down side for us that we cannot take it. So requested a fan to be in the room. The breakfast & supper is quite nice. There is an area to keep taobao parcels but u have to search & collect by own. Laundry service is available, there is someone will help u to dry the clothing. U can collect from the laundry room after 1-2hrs.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing Road. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room. Atour's bedding and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 200-meter walk from the Bund and right next to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street! It's very easy to find on the roadside, and taxis can pull up directly to the entrance. We walked through the corridor into the lobby, where the front desk staff immediately offered us two glasses of water while checking us in. We stayed in room 8412, an executive king room, and the cleanliness was impeccable everywhere, not a speck of dust even under the sofa! The sliding door tracks in the bathroom were spotless too! The bedding was also incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!
