Great location with mall and lots of amenities close by. Staff member 002 was very kind and helpful.

Location is good at Xuhui district lots of eating options in the mall next door and supermarket. 5 min walk to subway too. Room is clean and functional. Hot water is strong in shower which wee need in winter. Love the free laundry room- washer, dryer and detergent all provided. Helped our family to pack less. Will stay again next time

Walking distance to Metro Station. 3min walk to a mall, Quiet location. I always like room with washing machine + dryer. I have Taobao delivery to the hotel before my stay too. Very kind Mr. Security 002 and front desk - Luffy Lu. The only commend is probably the hotel would consider to have online shows rather than limited TV shows. In overall - good stay

An affordable stay with a mall and restaurants nearby. The bathtub water did not drain the first night but they fixed the problem for us the next day.

I stayed here for a family reunion with my parents. The location is excellent, and the room facilities met my expectations, including the kitchen utilities. Most importantly, the reception and service team(including Link) were very responsive, always doing their best to meet our needs and make us feel comfortable and at home. Both my parents and I were very satisfied with our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this service apartment, and I will definitely return when I visit Shanghai again.

I stayed just for 2 nights, receptionist how called Kevin was very friendly and also he knew English. He tried his best to give me a room with a good view. Also the service was great and clean. The hotel located near shops and transport which is important. I highly recommended.

we arrived after midnight and reception is helpful. the location is great - 3 min walk to a large mall with lots of food. the room is simple but has everything we need. we love the free laundry facility with washer and dryer on our floor with detergent provided the reception staff on night of check in (did not get his name) , and Link and 002 were all very helpful we will return next time for our shanghai stay

We stayed for 7 days and overall great. Location is quite good with 2 convenient stores few steps away. Nearby there is a mall with a great selection of food. We got a 2 bedrooms unit with bedrooms on the upper deck. Equipped with a small kitchen, living room and bathroom on the lower deck. Rooms are clean and cosy, bed is comfortable and bathroom is without windows but the ventilation works well. Thank you so much to the staff Wendy and Tim, they were really helpful and gave great information on tourist sights. They went out of their job scope to help me courier items to my friends in other parts of China as I do not have a local contact number. Would definitely stay in the base if I visit China. 👍🏻

I had a wonderful experience staying with Base. It was comfortable like home, the bed is very comfortable. I stayed in duplex two room, the living room is fantastic and comes with a great view of the local street of xuhui district. It is a peaceful street, there are a few malls and convenience stores around, many choices for food. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful reception staffs who help me with my check in and check out -Billy and Wendy thank you very much for your great service. You had made my stay a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back again . The house keeping ah yi is also very nice and caring to ensure I have everything that I need, she came to replenish bottled water, towels and clean up my room in the morning. You will love this hotel as the staffs take care of you like a family.

I have stayed multiple times as it's perfect for long stays. It comes with all the necessities you need and almost felt like home.
