Very close to Disneyland. Booked for 2 nights with 2 other friends. The room was spacious and they provided the necessary items (toothbrush, disposable towels, etc).
Lovely receptionist that helped with ordering waimai and bringing up and down our luggage as there is no lift. The breakfast was packed for us and they helped us book a car to Disney.

Such a cute place! The staff were lovely, helped us pack breakfast, carry luggage and were available to help anytime! Less than 10 mins away from Disneyland so super good location!

The breakfast only sandwich and they not have Restaurant but you can order from they partner more than 100 yuan they will delivery to hotel..

Beautiful place near Disney, they can help to arrange driver to fetch from airport to the hotel and also send us to disney whenever we need. The staff there are exceptionally helpful. We had parcels delivered prior to our arrival and they help us to place in the room..they also pack breakfast for us knowing that we were busy with our kids and couldn't make it in time for the breakfast. It's definitely a great experience and i will choose this hotel again if i am to go disneyland again.

I had an amazing stay at NOUS Hotel Shanghai, where the service exceeded my expectations in every way. Even before my arrival, the hotel reached out to confirm my check-in time, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Their attentiveness continued throughout my stay, making everything incredibly convenient.
One thing I truly appreciated was their flexibility—when I needed a makeup artist to enter my room to help me get ready, they accommodated my request without any issues. Their warm welcome and friendly hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. On the day I visited Disneyland, I was in a rush, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for me, which was such a considerate touch.
From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful gestures, NOUS Hotel provided an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and guest-focused stay in Shanghai!

Very good experience at this resort !! This is my first time in Shanghai, I recommend this resort if you want to stay near to Disneyland. It’s only 10 mins away from resort and they also provide free ride to Disneyland ! The staffs were very kind and helpful. Also, the resort was very very clean.
