The two front desks said they would give me an answer after confirmation, and they said they would give me the results before I checked out. Why can’t the blind box be found after it was finally confirmed that it was in the hands of the front desk staff? I don’t know where the time line was broken. Off topic, when I gave my second feedback, the front desk sister was very active in helping me retrieve the monitoring and communicated with other front desks and delivery drivers for confirmation.
