Location is rather convenient with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It took me 12 minutes by car from the nearest subway station (with the traffic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had wonderful view from the window. Can see the Bund full of lights in the evening and ships passing by all night. Ferry to go to Puxi is just a short walk away. Room was clean with Smart Control curtains and lights, spacious shower, comfortable bed. Room design is very convenient and pleasant. Wish were more international channels. Felt like watching a movie or listening to music but the channels were only in Chinese. We didn’t take breakfast but still went to see the rooftop cafe. It has a great view and there are seats outside with the glass walls, but it was too cold that day. There is a Michelin star restaurant on another floor, for that you’ll need a reservation.

Great hotel. Staff is caring and they really make you feel welcome.  All the tiny details take this hotel to the next level.

Hotel room has a fantastic view day and night . Very quaint and quiet side of Shanghai . Nearby has many restaurants and cafes along the river side.

Hotel location is convenience , room is big, clean and comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. The Riverview is amazing.

If you speak English you may wish to book somewhere else, this location and the staff made it a little harder than it needed to be to get around

This is a beautiful spot. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. It is my favorite stay in Shanghai so far. The staff are helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Definitely will go back! But one thing need improvement is their air-con in the room. I stayed at their hotel during winter and the air-con couldn't be set ourselves, the room is very stuffy. But lucky that the windows can be opened.
