I had stayed at couple Atour hotels in Shanghai and other cities before. All felling and comments were good.
Compared to other Atour hotels, I am a little bit surprised this hotel without bathroom door mat and without refrigerator.

We went here to attend a training session within walking distance to this hotel. Arrived at 6:00 PM and the room was still not cleaned. The front desk was absolutely horrible, seemed to be young kids who did not attempt to communicate. When they finally said a room was ready an hour and 30 min later, I caught the front desk clerk attempting to take a picture of my passport from his personal phone. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for foreign travelers.

Location close to metro station.however the room is not very clean and the smell is not pleasant. Hotel needs more care to meet 4 star standard.
