We went here to attend a training session within walking distance to this hotel. Arrived at 6:00 PM and the room was still not cleaned. The front desk was absolutely horrible, seemed to be young kids who did not attempt to communicate. When they finally said a room was ready an hour and 30 min later, I caught the front desk clerk attempting to take a picture of my passport from his personal phone. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for foreign travelers.

Location close to metro station.however the room is not very clean and the smell is not pleasant. Hotel needs more care to meet 4 star standard.

Room 8422 is not suitable for guest rooms. At around 6am, I was woken up by the clattering of ceramic plates, accompanied by obvious conversations. I opened the curtains and found a workroom next to the window. Closing the window did not block out the noise. I couldn't fall asleep during that time. After getting up at 7am to clean up, I found that the restaurant was on the right hand side of the door.

The location is easy to find, and it is very convenient to go to Hongqiao and the exhibition. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and responsive. The bedding is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. Before leaving, I was given snacks and drinks, which is thoughtful! I will stay here again next time there is an exhibition.
