Frankly speaking, it is really difficult to encounter bugs when staying in a hotel, and this one is one of them. I can tolerate it if it is smaller, but this thing is so big. I called the front desk as soon as I found the bug, but I couldn't get through after 2 minutes. I went downstairs to find the front desk, and they changed my room without any apology.
When I returned to the room and opened the door, the bug was crawling towards the door. I woke up with several bumps the next day. I think it is because the hygiene was not cleaned well, and the experience was very bad.
