Overall, we were very satisfied. We stayed on the 20th floor facing the garden. The floor attendant, Apple, and the front desk manager, Lucy, were both professional and incredibly warm. The top-notch facilities and excellent service are precisely why we keep returning to IFC Residence.

The location is excellent, with direct subway access to the IFC Mall. We did some shopping there before checking in, which made both shopping and dining very convenient. You can go straight to the hotel from the first floor of the mall. The lobby is magnificent, and the staff greeted us warmly. Enjoyed my 5 night at IFC residence. It’s conveniently accessible to the metro and mall. Where you can enjoy all the food and shopping. The staffs are also really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay back at IFC residence if I ever visit Shanghai again.

Convenient location with 陆家嘴 station just nearby. The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for my friends and I (4 of us). We often order in breakfast from ** and the hotel staff will always deliver them up to our room. Not only that, we usually return to the hotel with lots of bags and they helped us with our bags to our room. Overall a great experience at the IFC Residence and will definitely be back!

Great location beside IFC Mall and walking distance to the Pearl Tower station,Super Brand Mall and Disney Flagship store. The night views are beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though missing a dressing table/desktop mirror. Reception service was mixed — check-in on 26 April felt cold and luggage assistance wasn’t offered. However, staff on the following days were warm, friendly, and very helpful, even assisting with ******* orders. Overall, a convenient stay with good service after the first night. Located in Lujiazui IFC, it's very convenient for getting around and taking walks along the riverside. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff were lovely, and they even delivered takeout to my room. All my requests were promptly met. The night view was stunning, and the balcony was so pleasant – perfect for a long stay. I'll definitely be back!
