Nice stay and very convenient location, kind and helpful receptionist, timely clean up daily, self service laundry etc. However , kindly be advised to stay in room with openable window during winter time, overall one of the best hotels in Shanghai, would recommend again

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is superb. Reception officer are really friendly and helpful. We reached super early in the morning around 5am. They helped us to settle down and tried their very best to assist ( as that day was full booking and they can’t help us to get a room) . Our initial room bookings are not at the same level. They helped us to get 2 rooms on the same level and even upgrade one of our room to a family suite. Special shout out big thank you to 雨艳，杰小哥 and Yuki.

Stayed with my mom and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay that made our trip memorable. Highly recommended
