Very good location. Room cleaning lady service is very good, who go beyond usual duties to support the guest request (eg. Box to pack excess luggage etc) .Front desk service could be improved further (similar attitude as the room cleaning team, to take the extra steps). Hotel should increase the number of washing machine and dryer.

very convenient location to yuyuan, downtown, bund and metro. staff are well trained and empowered to accede to guests’ requests. highly recommended

Good location for first time visit to Shanghai. Hotel staff are very friendly, though they don't speak English. Walking distance to Yu Yuan and The Bund. You can take a tourist bus to tour around the old and new Shanghai. Nice eatery nearby.

The hotel was in a very good location near popular sites like Yu Yuan as well as other places. Very clean room and the hotel staff were all very helpful too. Definitely a good stay here.

This hotel was awesome. I and my family enjoy and feel comfort during stay there. It new , clean, tidy , clean scent. The staff can't speak English but they're polite and keen to service with mind and helping to solve our request or any question. In room, external soundproof is the best , its very quite but there are some noise for a little bit annoy from internal from another room as seem there are not soundproof inside. Anyway that the one thing we've got so I'm not serious about that. For the location was wonderful, it near MRT line 10,14 and Yuyuan old market by a few walk. Super convenience , recommend 👍👍👍

The hotel is in a perfect location to check out the bund and Yuyuan Garden! Everything is very beautiful and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helped us so much during our stay. I would love to stay here again.
