The check in staff were helpful enough but took a long time processing a foreign passport. Took her a few times to get everything right…

Not a bad location. Short walk to the subway station and plenty of stores nearby. The hotel isn’t the most sanitary - there were mosquitos in the room and a used cotton tip on the floor. For the price, the room was also unexpectedly small but at least there was a window.

Very good price for a quality stay in Shanghai. Friendly and helpful staf. The hotel manager can speak English. The rooms are big enough and has everything you need. Definitely recommend for a short or long trip in Shanghai.
