The hotel front desk was very good and automatically upgraded our room to a family room. However, when I asked for 4 more bottles of mineral water at night, the front desk said that they only had a maximum of 2 bottles and that more would be charged extra. I was speechless and said that I had stayed in so many hotels and none of them had this rule. Besides, Master Kong's mineral water was not very expensive. I was going to go downstairs to buy some, but the front desk called me and said that they had applied for 4 bottles for me. The room was delivered quickly, but they kept staring at me, probably thinking that I was different and liked to take advantage. I will not book this hotel again next time, and the mineral water bottles were extremely difficult to open.
