The receptionist informed that the hotel is new and is not registered for foreigners yet, and told me to bring my passport to the police station for registration. First time I heard of this. I asked her if it's not registered, why can i book through trip.com? She has no answer and reluctantly gave me my room card. Room looks newly renovated but heater is not strong, takes awhile to heat up. Please note there is no restaurant/cafe in the hotel, but there are many choices just opposite.

🟢裝修與衞生（2分）：
•2023年裝修，房間算乾淨整潔。床品、毛巾和浴巾乾淨。
•我入住‘舒眠零壓家庭房’，描述是35平，房間實際達不到35平。難道介紹裏還可以寫建築面積？😓
•房間有窗，但是很小，似乎打不開。一個窄小的紗窗奇怪的立在窗框上，不能挪，開窗的話也擋不了蚊子。
🟢設施（3.5分）：
•廉價感的電梯，昏暗，氣味不好。
•房間沙發重心有問題，稍微前坐一點，就容易翹起來😵💫
•有智能馬桶蓋，不是常見的大牌。不知何故的滴滴叫，後來諮詢前台得以解決。
•洗澡水突然變冷，感受很不好。
•細節有待提升。

•前台小夥子還不錯，有問必答有求必應。

今年剛剛重新裝修過，房間乾淨衞生，周邊吃飯方便，尤其是邊上的鐵鍋燉味道不錯，性價比很高，下次來出差還會選擇這家酒店。

照片和實際房間有差距，面積小很多，最多28平左右，肯定沒有40平。發現被“照騙”以後，和店家理論了半天，要求升級同時預訂的3間，最後衹升級了2間，升級的兩間房衞生情況又不好。不談了，糟心！
