Wyndham Shanghai Pudong（Free Shuttle Bus）

Terrible experience, this hotel is garbage. My child's foot got caught in the revolving door and they did nothing. Their attitude was cold and uncaring. Just look at the pictures. The hotel completely neglects customer safety. There was no staff present to supervise or guide people, and the revolving door had no safety precautions. This is clearly their responsibility, yet they were completely indifferent to their customer. I'm so angry! I've already filed complaints with 12345 and 12315.

We brought our child to Shanghai this time and chose the Wyndham Shanghai Pudong. The overall experience totally exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the Hollywood twin beds were spacious enough for our child to run and jump around without any issues. The hotel facilities are new, and the common areas are well-maintained. The environment is quiet and peaceful, which is very family-friendly. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and daily services were efficient, and they responded promptly to any questions we had. The location is also very convenient, making travel hassle-free. It was a stress-free and comfortable stay with our child, and I've already recommended it to friends who are also visiting Shanghai with their kids!

1. I used my razor before heading out at 6 AM. When I came back in the evening, there was a long hair on it. Two men are staying in this hotel, so where did the long hair come from? The 'cleaning' actually made the hygiene worse! 2. I stayed for two nights. After coming back from Disneyland on the first day, I stepped on something sticky with my bare feet while showering. I have no idea what it was, absolutely speechless. The hygiene is seriously concerning! 3. There was a Coke and a Sprite in the fridge, and we drank them, thinking they were complimentary (most hotels I've stayed at offer these for free). The next day, after checking out, I received a call saying they would charge for them. Fine, but then they charged 15 yuan per can for small sodas, so 30 yuan for two. Is this a rip-off? 4. I stayed at the Ramada Hotel during my trip to Luoyang in April and registered as a Wyndham member. So, for a Wyndham hotel that costs over 400 yuan in Shanghai, this is the kind of cleanliness and service I can expect!

My friend recommended this place, and booking in advance got me a good deal. It's super convenient for visiting Disneyland. I stayed in a windowless room, and I'd say if you prefer quiet, it's a great choice. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

It's conveniently located for getting to the theme park, and the overall facilities are comprehensive and safe. Our stay was relaxing and hassle-free, making it perfect for family trips. It's definitely great value for money and highly recommended.

The hotel was great; they upgraded us to a suite and gave us a late check-out. Gu Jie, the concierge, was also very friendly and helpful during check-out. We'll definitely come back next time.

The sofa immediately brought a lot of thoughts to mind – what exactly was that puddle of liquid on it? It's hard to believe this kind of sofa is in a five-star hotel; it felt more like something you'd see in a motel in a TV show. The hairdryer wouldn't work when plugged into the bathroom outlet, so I had to dry my hair outside the bathroom. Soundproofing was really poor; I could hear the upstairs neighbors closing their curtains and the next-door room closing their door. It was quite cold at night in April, but even with the AC set to 28 degrees for heating, it didn't make any difference.

The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was great, and getting a taxi was super convenient. The hotel even arranged a car for us when we went to Disneyland. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Disneyland.

The accommodation and breakfast were both excellent, highly recommended. It's the top choice for families visiting Disneyland with kids. Takeout is also very convenient, and it's close to a mall with a China Duty-Free Oneworld shop nearby.
