The hotel staff are very nice.. free upgrade on my birthday without requesting… still got free gift when I leave. The cutest staff is actually the little robot hehe.

Very good rooms in this hotel, close to jade Buddha temple. 10 min away from subway. SPA discount. All good!

one of the worst hotel i’ve been to
i booked this hotel in hope to find clean rooms
but no none of that
1- they don’t even change your bed sheets when they « clean » the room etc
2- i literally ask for the room to be extra clean because i have dust allergy and when i arrived the room had dust .. what a surprised ( if you booked a room there check under your bed)
3- after I asked if they could change the bed sheets since they didn’t, they did change them BUT the next days we still had the same bed sheets so i had to remove all of them by myself
so they would change them what a pain
4- you can smell the smoke of some cigarettes in the room sometimes idk where it is from but it was really annoying

Customer service was excellent, nothing was too hard. Facilities were also great with a laundry room. Beds were comfy with daily housekeeping. Two thumbs up!

Clean and modern hotel. Very good shower. Comfortable bed. The location is ok, a 5 minute walk from the Changshou rd metro station. The cleaning lady was very friendly and kept offering water and towels every time I saw her.

Reception no speak English , hand signals and translators for communication.Room was average ok , clean , soap toiletries and linen bedding , towels clean and fresh. Lot of outdoor noises although it’s inward to main road. Next door , door closing and talks can hear walls are not completely sound proof , main doors when closed can hear banging noise. Reception area is dirty , lift needs to be cleaned , on an average scale of 1-10 i rate it at 4 , trip com should evaluate and not push these kind of offers to client , breakfast was completely awful and below standard of hygiene .
