The hotel is located in between Shanghai Planetarium and Haichang Ocean park. It is about 2km away from train station. The surrounding area is quiet but some restaurants and supermarkets available. Overall, the hotel is very nice and cozy. Amendities are fully eqipped but some are broken.

I took a chance with this hotel because I wasn't familiar with the name, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and breakfast. The room was new, very clean and warm. We stayed here because it was close to the Snow and Ice theme park nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! My husband and I were both sad to leave. I would recommend this place 10/10.

We had a great stay at this hotel with our little one (2.5 years old), they provided a welcome snack (3 fresh fruits), and a special children's kit with baby toothbrush and slippers, maybe a few other things. Located very close to the planetarium and haichang ocean park. There are lots of little restaurants and cafes outside, a mall nearby, kids swings and seesaws that light up in different colors at night, it's very cute. The hotel also has a little playroom, but we didn't use it, too busy with adventures. My son really enjoyed the stay, we will come again!

I chose Orange for the Planetarium and Haichang Ocean Park. The location is great. The service is also very good. The receptionist also took the initiative to send fruit bags to the children. I was informed in advance that the TV could not be projected. The lady who checked out the next day was also very enthusiastic. The breakfast was also quite rich. But the hotel is old. If you talk in the room, you can hear it clearly in the corridor. If you talk loudly in the room, you can also hear it next door. The smart toilet will not flush automatically. I clicked on New York and Paris at the head of the bed one by one, but I couldn't turn off the light in the entrance hall. It was useless to call Xiaodu. The curtains are not automatically closed, they are manual versions. And the slide rails are not smooth. Toiletries in the room need to be collected at the front desk.

I came to Haichang Park to play and stayed in this hotel nearby. The front desk service attitude was very good, the facilities were complete, clean and sanitary, the environment was quite good, and they asked if I wanted mineral water when I checked out, and gave the children snacks

There was only one person handling business in the lobby, and many people were queuing up. It was very noisy. Many people opened their suitcases directly in the lobby, like setting up stalls. The curtains in the room were also broken, which did not meet Orange's standards. It was a very bad experience.
