The hotel is very close to the airport, only a 10-minute drive to Hongqiao, which is super convenient for business travelers catching early flights. The lobby is grand, and the room is also spacious. Although the hotel's decor is a bit old, the facilities and equipment are well-maintained. InterContinental's brand is definitely trustworthy. Doris also upgraded my room and even brought an ice bucket at night. The service was absolutely top-notch!

This is my second stay here, and I'm still incredibly satisfied! The cleanliness, environment, and facilities are all impeccable. This time, I particularly want to praise the breakfast – it's diverse and delicious. The pool is also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant swim. Doris provided attentive care throughout my stay, making me feel warm and welcome from check-in to check-out. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

The ambiance is grand, making it feel high-end and very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy; the glass was spotless, clearly showing they put effort into cleaning, which made me feel at ease. The hotel service was excellent, very people-oriented, and polite. As a member, I also enjoyed the member benefits. Overall, the value for money is incredibly high. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This hotel offers great value for money. Aimee Wu at the front desk was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and skewed towards Western options, but everything I tasted was delicious. They had black tea but no green tea. Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when I went at 9:40 AM, there wasn't much left, so I'd recommend going earlier. The swimming pool is nice; it's a consistent 1.3 meters deep with no separate shallow or deep ends. There aren't any towels at the pool area, so you'll need to bring the bath towels from your room. The room didn't include disposable wooden combs or razors; you have to call to request them separately.

Thanks to Lyna Ma and Claire Zhou! It felt very welcoming to be back in the country, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. This was a business trip, so I didn't get a chance to have afternoon tea.

Booked this for my friend and he said it was excellent and he was very satisfied. He also mentioned that the breakfast was incredibly rich with a variety of options, and there's a gym and a really nice swimming pool.

The environment is beautiful, and you can even watch planes from your bed. The front desk lady was lovely and provided excellent service.
