Nice hotel. Not far from a metro station and near to a shopping mall. Nice and big rooms. Quiet area for resting. If you go that area of Shanghai it's a good option.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! A few of them spoke a little English! The rooms are small and could use some updating, although I did choose the least expensive offer. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom and the WiFi was terrible! I was only able to connect my cellular device. The breakfast options were mediocre so if you’re looking for western options, you may have to order on meituan! I wouldn’t spend the extra money for breakfast, especially if it’s a quick stay! Overall, not too bad for short or overnight stays! Bring shower shoes!

The service is the same as always in Atour. The parking lot is large and free, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The internet celebrity EKA Tianwu is close at hand, and Jinqiao International and Lalaport are not far away. The basic room I chose is a little small, but the cost-effectiveness is full with the accommodation consumption voucher in Shanghai. It may be because the hotel is old, the facilities and hygiene are not strong points. I didn't book through the Atour channel this time, but the front desk was very considerate to provide breakfast.

It's a really nice hotel. I stay here for half a month every year when I come back from abroad. Every time, I get warm service. From the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant, every service staff is very kind. Because I have a lot of luggage, the front desk never tires of helping me move the luggage, which makes me embarrassed. Our needs can be well solved. It's super good. The auntie cleaned the room very clean. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to catch a plane and forgot my bag in the hotel lobby. I received their call halfway and found that the bag was gone because the documents were in it. I thought I might have to delay time to go back and get it, and I might miss the flight. Unexpectedly, they said they would help us call the express delivery to the airport. I was so touched that I saved a lot of time and boarded the plane smoothly. The soundproofing is very poor. You can clearly hear the neighbors talking and even turning on and off the lights. You will be woken up by the sound of the neighbors washing in the morning. The towels are old and full of threads but they are not changed. I will not stay here again.
