Waiting Hotel (Shanghai Zhongtan Road Subway Station)

The room was great, and the front desk lady was very nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Extremely dissatisfied. All the following comments are backed by evidence. First, the floor was quite damp upon entering. Then, the bath towel was tattered and noticeably yellowed. After showering, the water clogged the bathroom. At night, the TV couldn't be turned off and inexplicably flickered.

Cleanliness: Decent, nothing to complain about. Environment: The surroundings are quite noisy as it directly faces a residential area. I suggested window tinting a few years ago, but I doubt they'll ever implement it. Service: Great. The front desk is no longer staffed by middle-aged women; the younger staff are much more service-oriented. However, the facilities are seriously dated—the bedding was fraying, and the towels and bath towels were so worn out they were painful to look at. The bedside outlet was loose and completely unusable. These small details directly hurt the guest experience and significantly lowered my overall satisfaction.

This stay was fantastic! The room had great natural light, was incredibly clean, and the facilities were new and complete. All the staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were super quick 😜

The front desk service was great, and the location was convenient. The room was also quiet.

Very satisfied, convenient. Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good Great, excellent value for money. I'll stay here again next time. Service: Very good Facilities: Standard

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location is also excellent, offering very convenient transportation and easy access to all surrounding facilities and services.

The soundproofing isn't great; I could hear the smart speaker next door talking quite loudly. However, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The transportation is also convenient, although the navigation app led me astray from the subway station.
