3.5/ 5The sanitation is not very good and the cleaning is not very clean. There is only a little roll of paper, probably from the previous guest room. Fortunately, a pack of paper towels is enough. The bed is clean and the parking is very convenient. Just parked in the parking space at the door. The luggage check is not very good. The stairs are still on the third floor. I dragged my suitcase to the third floor. I was exhausted.

10.入境目的地为本市、但无固定居住地或不满足居家健康监测条件，或入境目的地为外省市但需在沪停留的人员，在解除14天集中隔离后，入住指定健康监测酒店落实7天健康监测，“一人一间（套）”或“一家一间（套）”。其间原则上不得离开房间，由酒店提供餐食、外卖、包裹等转送服务。因生病就医等特殊情况确需外出的，安排专用车辆闭环转送。
11.入境人员解除14天集中隔离健康观察时，由专用车辆闭环转送至居家健康监测地或指定健康监测酒店。严格落实每日早晚2次体温监测和个人健康状况监测。在健康监测的第2天、第7天，由专用车辆闭环转送至指定医疗机构开展核酸检测，或由医务人员上门采样。相关人员如健康监测期满，且核酸检测结果为阴性、无新冠肺炎相关临床症状，由所在社区或指定酒店解除健康监测。
12.健康监测期间，入境人员及同住人如未履行相应义务或违反规定，造成疫情传播风险的，将依法依规采取惩戒措施，严肃追责。
