The hotel boasts excellent views and a prime location, with a wide variety of food options, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, feeling very high-end. They even upgraded my room, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept incredibly well – a perfect stay! The staff were always on hand to help. Overall, a really great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Century Park. It's very quiet and comfortable, and the gym facilities are quite complete. There are also restaurants within walking distance, which is convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of good quality options.

We were a family of three with a child. We booked a twin room, and when we checked in, the front desk noticed we had a little one and reminded us that the beds were 1.2 meters wide, which might not be enough space for sleeping. So, they upgraded us to a king-size room. The room only included two breakfasts, but they kindly gave us an extra one. We also asked about the museum's location and how to get there, and the front desk patiently answered all our questions.

It's really close to the Shanghai New International Expo Center, making transportation a breeze. Century Park is right next door, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. Overall, a big thumbs up!

First time staying here, and it's quite suitable for business trips. It's only a few kilometers by taxi to the exhibition center. The bed in the double room was very large, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The front desk staff and all the service personnel were incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast was also good, highly recommended! It would be even better if there was a proper desk for work.

The hotel's location is quite close to Lujiazui. My room, on the 10th floor and furthest to the right, had no issues with the bedding or the interior. The mini-fridge was a nice touch, replenished daily with soda water and a can of Coke. The breakfast spread was also very good. Given the high number of international guests, it was mostly Western-style, but still included some Chinese elements. Front desk service was fine. The only slight drawback was the laundry room on the first floor; with only two washers and dryers, it can get tricky during peak summer laundry times. Perhaps the hotel could offer to help guests with drying or even folding their clothes. A great convenience is the 7-Eleven connected to the elevators on the first floor, making it super easy to grab snacks or do some quick shopping.
