Successfully unlocked a new venue for my birthday party! This standalone guesthouse is amazing! 🎂 I just had my birthday party here and couldn't resist raving about it! They really went to great lengths to find a place that was both private and fun, and this place perfectly met all those needs! The entertainment options are all-encompassing, which is the core competitive advantage of any party! KTV, mahjong table, board games, projector movies, swimming pool, BBQ grill… everything you could want! From afternoon to evening, everyone was completely absorbed in the fun, there wasn't a single dull moment, and everyone said the party was a huge success! The owner is super nice and very responsible! I'd definitely come back again if I had the chance ❤️

Our family of six's Disney trip was made even better by our stay in a detached villa at Liubai Homestay! We stayed on the third floor, a very convenient layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. While the rooms weren't luxurious, they were impeccably clean and tidy. The housekeeper deserves special praise; she was both friendly and reliable. After a delicious breakfast she prepared herself—porridge, fried eggs, ham, corn, and authentic Shanghai scallion oil noodles—the car to take us to Disney was already waiting at the door. It was truly heartwarming and comforting. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, greatly enhancing our trip. Highly recommended!

The family-friendly homestay in the villa area is very close to Disneyland. Although breakfast was not included, they prepared breakfast for our two children. They also resolved the issue of the invoice in a timely manner, which was great!

After searching for a long time, I finally chose this villa. It's fully equipped, with spacious and comfortable rooms—actually, there are five rooms. There's a mahjong table, billiards, and a karaoke room. My friends had a great time, and we felt very welcome. The rooms were also very clean, tidy, and odor-free. The villa has a great location, convenient transportation, and is close to Disneyland, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The villa's facilities are exactly as described in the photos—no exaggeration whatsoever!

Space: The two-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of the villa. The hallway is like an open living room, which was a bit different from what I expected. But of course, since there weren't other guests, it felt quite cozy. One of the rooms was incredibly large, with a hidden door leading to a study. It was decorated with Harry Potter-themed decorations and cosplay costumes, which would be a delight for those with children. Amenities: The rooms are fully equipped, including a washing machine, which was very convenient. Toiletries were also provided. The bathwater was also very pleasant, and bathtubs with bathtub bags were included. Cleanliness: Since it's a homestay, there were some mosquitoes and flies, but the air conditioning didn't bother us. However, I felt that the cleaning lady wasn't very thorough, leaving out toothbrushes, cups, and shoes. In one room, there was a mineral water bottle left untouched by the previous guest. I need to remind them about this.

We booked a check-in for Wednesday afternoon, but there was a small problem with the pool. The staff member was very helpful and resolved it quickly, even extending our check-out time to the next day – very thoughtful! Both the kids and adults had a great time.

The room was clearly well-decorated, and they even provided laundry detergent – ​​such a thoughtful touch!
