The front desk staff were excellent, very patient, and helped us with directions and public transport around the city. The room amenities were great, and it was very quiet at night.

This hotel seems to be popular with people coming for beauty treatments, mostly Malaysians. The service is good, but they easily make mistakes with addresses. The robot delivery service is great for bringing things to your room. However, the food delivery options are quite limited, and it's not as central as I'd like.

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for a business trip. Its location near the convention center made getting around very convenient. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner and the bathroom being spotless. Both the front desk and room service were thoughtful and efficient. It was a very comfortable stay for both work and rest, making it my top choice for business travel.

I'm a Hilton Gold member myself, but since Trip.com offered a good points discount, I booked through them this time. When I checked in, I mentioned to the front desk that I was a member, and to my surprise, they were so kind! They still gave me the member welcome gift, completely treating me like a Gold member, haha, much appreciated! I was really happy with the hotel breakfast, especially the croissants 🥐 – they were baked perfectly, so flaky and delicious. I got a latte to go with them, and it was a super combination. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I'd definitely consider staying here again, mainly because it's not far from the airport, so a taxi ride is super quick.
