Xiao Wei at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She even gave us a complimentary item and promptly resolved a minor issue we had. The room was clean, offered great value for money, and the hotel breakfast was good too.

Hi , I stayed at Kew Green During my Visit to China 2026 - 1- The hotel is execllent , very close to Paxiang Metro Station Line -2 - Last Station , walkable distance 2- Breakfast is good , reception doesn't speak any english , WIFI is very good too. 3- Room was very clean big and comfortable .

The room was very clean and spacious, with excellent hygiene. However, the soundproofing was really poor. If you're here for surgery and need a quiet rest, I wouldn't recommend it! I specifically requested a quiet room beforehand, but the noise from the street traffic was constant and deafening. This definitely needs improvement.
