My stay at Tripalink Hotel truly exceeded expectations! The lobby's 'beehive' design is incredibly stylish, perfect for both socializing and working – very modern and sophisticated. The room was clean and bright, with elegant furnishings and high-quality toiletries. The smart voice control system was a huge convenience. Service was attentive and professional, from check-in to room service. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The overall atmosphere is youthful and vibrant; I felt so comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the service was great. It's close to the hospital and convenient for getting around. As a serviced apartment, it's also suitable for business trips and friends traveling together. For a prime location in Shanghai, the price is very reasonable.

As an introvert, I always dread complicated check-in processes at hotels. But the front desk here was super efficient and incredibly friendly! They even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise – I absolutely loved it! My booking included breakfast, and the front desk staff thoughtfully reminded me about the breakfast times, even letting me know when it would be less crowded. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with a great variety and beautifully colorful, delicious fruits. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
