5/5PerfectThe best staycation I’ve ever treated myself to! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive in both English and Chinese, even a week earlier when I called with some questions. The room was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful view of the city, but in general almost every part of this hotel has some sort of great view. Breakfast every day was delicious, and the Wet Deck had great seafood options for dinner. Right now hotels are required to ask for a 48-hr health code, but there is a testing site right near the hotel and the staff were very helpful and reasonable in managing this uncertain time. Thanks to Alex and the rest of the team for a great stay, definitely hope to come back!

Haven't found the right property yet?
It was a last minute decision to stay at W Shanghai before the Chinese Spring Festival ends. The breakfast was great, I had decided to try the cool corner room which had a wall of windows viewing over Hongkou District. Room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel has an easy assess to Huangpu promenade which over looks the city scape skyline of Pudong. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my stay.
