This is a fantastic homestay, located at the bustling intersection of city life and local charm. The room was neat and clean, and the furniture arrangement was quite unique. The night view from the window was lovely, and the space was quite large. Getting to all the major attractions from here was very convenient, and you could even order delivery of many Shanghai specialty snacks, like Dahuchun. Transportation is a breeze with both subway and bus access, and there are tons of restaurants and snack shops nearby. Even though I've lived in Shanghai for over ten years, I only really explored this area during my university days. There are still so many charming little shops worth checking out around here. The customer service staff were incredibly enthusiastic, answering all my questions and proactively providing directions and the room password. The bathtub also had a great ambiance; a soak there melted all my fatigue away.

The accommodation's decor was very cozy, and the details were practical and thoughtful. The appliances were compact and well-suited. The room size was just right for four adults. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The exterior view was absolutely beautiful. For the same price, you can enjoy the Bund night view, live comfortably, and have any food within a 15-minute walk. It's the best location for tourism.

The air conditioning was thoughtfully turned on for us, and the decor was cozy. The washing machine worked great. We could see the Three-Piece Suit and the Oriental Pearl Tower without even leaving the room. We enjoyed the view while taking a bath. Shopping downstairs was convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is fantastic! We had an amazing view of the Bund right from our room, and the subway station is quite close. The living room and bedroom windows offer expansive views, providing excellent natural light and ventilation. The decor is exquisite. Overall, a great stay!

My child's first trip to Shanghai was a stay at Hua Xiaoye B&B near Nanjing Road, and I honestly think it offers much better value for money than a typical hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view from the window. The location is incredibly convenient too! Most importantly, the host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, which was truly touching. I highly recommend this B&B!

The room was very clean, and the view was beautiful. It's quite close to the subway station, though the price was a bit high. Overall, it's still very good and I highly recommend it to everyone, especially since it's so close to the Bund.

The location is great, very close to Nanjing Road, and there are many dining options nearby. It's perfect for family trips with two good rooms. The beds are just the right firmness. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shanghai.
