Tongjian Huaxiangtang Resort

Booked a villa, but the road to get there is really difficult. We have to go back to the hotel for breakfast, which is quite far, so we asked the hotel to deliver it. Several air conditioners in the room can't heat. It was really cold on the first day. The water for showering turned cold halfway through the shower. Several of us had cold showers. The hotel added WeChat and said they could contact us. The message I sent early the next morning didn't get back to us until the evening, so we basically didn't get any service. After we were searched, no one booked us the day before, so we discussed with the hotel. We left after lunch, and they immediately replied to me that they had to check out at 12 noon at the latest. Someone else wanted to check in later. I said that I searched for you and no one booked you later, so I came to discuss it. The reply said they needed to clean. Well, this service is equivalent to no service. It's a bit bad and perfunctory. I won't come again in the future

When I went there, it seemed like the roof was being renovated or something, so the scaffolding was a bit of a downer. The room is big and has a mahjong table, which the children love. But after turning on the air conditioner, the bedroom upstairs was very hot. This design is not very good, because the air conditioner was blowing directly at us, and the central air conditioner could not adjust the wind direction, which caused us to feel dizzy and hot all night sleeping upstairs. The elderly who slept downstairs were afraid of the cold and could not turn on the air conditioner. Please be cautious if you want to book this room type in winter. The hygiene is average, there is dust and small garbage in many places in the room. The breakfast is also quite simple with few choices. The service was excellent. The beauties at the front desk all had smiling faces and answered all my questions, which was a great experience. Overall it's OK, the price/performance ratio is high!

整體：性價比高，服務熱情，環境清幽，建議加強衞生和空調維修，期待有機會再次入住。 設施：有小度智能語音助手。廁所的衞浴是科勒的。自動窗簾。房內還有一張比較長的沙發。空調是大金的，但是特別吵，不確定是否沒有好好維護。 環境：小園中間是一個小花園，晚上播放露天電影張燈結綵還挺漂亮。酒店外面的草地修剪的很漂亮。酒店落座的小村莊也休憩一星早晨起來在小村莊內漫步可見滾滾麥浪。 服務：國慶中秋雙節酒店提供了很多小活動，小朋友可以拿中秋燈頭箍孔明燈電花棒中秋月餅。 衞生：部分牆角和衞生間的櫃子角有相當厚的灰塵蜘蛛絲。

定了複式親自套房，雙床雙衞，整體來説房間比較大，但衞生間的返臭，那是怎麼都不行，排風開了，香水噴了，空調開了，門窗也開了縫，真的一點都改善不了，這個就是東北大雜院的特色。實在太醜了，一整晚都呼吸着陣陣惡臭，過年大半夜也懶得找酒店換了。服務也就這樣，過年最後一站，結果是最差的體驗。不會再來了

在暑假期間信價比可以。不算是很新的住宿場地，靠近森林公園附近，環境安靜。樓上樓下的房間是挑空聯通的，適合家人密友。

浴缸太臟，上位客人離店後，根本就沒有打掃吧！ 第二天早八點半就沒有什麼早飯了，挺多客人在抱怨投訴！ 宣傳的圖片跟酒店環境差異巨大！ 堅決不能去！

房間床上沙發上有捲曲的短毛……洗澡水一會冷一會燙，洗澡全憑速度……餐廳上菜慢，還不好吃……大熱天的空調冷風吹的好好的，突然就變成熱風了……無話可説……

性價比很高，連續住了四晚，很喜歡這家酒店！尤其感謝餐廳服務員張女士，服務非常熱情周到，還介紹餐廳的特價菜，味道很好！再次感謝張女士為我們全家提供的星級服務，希望以後有機會再次入住，再次去餐廳點菜。

地段不錯 價格合理。衞生衹能説不細看還可以，馬桶蓋是壞的。總的來説對得起價格啦。
