Hengji Hotel (Shanghai Hongkou Football Stadium Dongbaoxing Road Subway Station)

Are the front desk staff so * * now? They directly scold the guests and tell them to stay or not and just get out (I seriously suspect there really is * *, please check it out). Did we commit some heinous crime? We just asked if it was okay to park the electric bike at the door because we lived upstairs. The short-haired woman said it would be towed away by the community security guard. Then we asked where to park it so that it wouldn't be towed away. She said, "Park here first and we'll see later." We asked where it would probably be towed to, and she said, "How does it know where it's going to be towed? What does it have to do with her?" Oh my god, she looks down on us. We didn't provoke you, and you look down on us like this. We said we could complain at will, but she wasn't afraid of complaints. It was so scary, she looked like she wanted to eat me. I couldn't sleep at night for fear that her * * would relapse and beat me.

Poor service, poor hygiene, and hair in the sink

The room is small, and things are old and a bit dusty, but it has everything it needs and everything works fine. At this price, and only a one or two minute walk from the subway station, there's nothing to complain about.

Facilities: Poor Health: good Environment: good Service: Good That’s all I can say, it’s not particularly bad.
