Shanghai Xujiahui A.T.HOUSE Jia Di Hotel

Staying at AT home in Shanghai was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience overall. The room design was simple yet stylish, with a well-thought-out layout and plenty of natural light, making me feel relaxed the moment I stepped in. The location is very convenient for getting around and dining, and the surrounding area has a vibrant local atmosphere. Whether for a short stay or a few days, it genuinely felt like a warm and cozy home away from home. It was a memorable stay.

Escaping a musty hotel on a rainy night, we arrived here to a spacious, bright, and well-designed lobby. The reception staff were polite and enthusiastic, so we decided to stay—and ended up staying for a whole week! The room design was simple and convenient, with great views. The service was attentive and thorough. Highly recommend! (^-^)👍

I had specifically requested a room with a nice view beforehand. When I went to check in at 5:00 PM, I was told the room wasn't ready yet. As a member, I'm entitled to a 4-hour early check-in. So, if I were to check in 4 hours early at 2:00 PM, it means I should be able to get into my desired room in the morning. However, the reality was that when I arrived, I was told my preferred room wasn't prepared even at 5:00 PM. They gave me a room by the elevator, which I didn't mind too much at the time, as I just wanted to check in quickly. But when I got to the room, the bottled water had already been opened, meaning the room hadn't been fully cleaned or prepared. I'm very dissatisfied with the level of service and standards this hotel presented. The only positives were the decent service response time and the breakfast.

The bedding was clean and comfortable, they provided a Dyson hairdryer, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. There were three mirrors in total, but all were quite small. The hotel is less than 200 meters from Xujiahui Exit 1, but Xujiahui Exit 1 itself is a long walk from the actual subway platform. They offer free late-night snacks and laundry service. Food deliveries can be brought up by a robot, but it's very slow, so it's faster to just go down and get it yourself. Ctrip gave me a free breakfast voucher, but for some reason, when I checked in, the front desk said my booking didn't include breakfast. The twin room had a unique layout. Individually packaged towels were provided.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete, and the environment is elegant, fitting for an international hotel. Hygiene: Good and up to standard. Environment: Very close to the subway station, right next to Xujiahui Library. The room size is a bit small. Service: The service is standard and professional, with a certain distance.

Extremely satisfied! It's very close to the subway station and shopping mall. The room comes with free snacks. A special shout-out to the chef at the late-night diner who made noodles – there was a crowd around him, but his service was excellent and super fast. Watching him work so hard, his service still exceeded 100%!

The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive and thoughtful. The room had a very Instagrammable style, perfect for photos. The hotel's location is good and convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it! ✨

The room was a bit small. It's a shame the gym was under renovation and unavailable. 🥲
