Shanghai Xujiahui A.T.HOUSE Hotel

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms, amazing view and great location. The hotel is very close to shopping malls like Metro City. Perfect for Business Trips!

Modern hotel. Room is new and well designed. Facilities in the room are great. Staff services at front desk and house keeping made me feel very welcome. They were willing to answer and help. 3 mins walk to the nearest entrance to Line 1 subway station. But that entrance is actually the most far away exit from the actual train . It may take about 7-10 mins to walk from a train to the exit nearest to the hotel. We would love to stay in this hotel again in our next visit to Shanghai.

Second stay at the hotel. The hotel was able to store our luggage for a week as we flew to different provinces, and upon our return we were able to smoothly check in and retrieve our belongings. The front desk's English skills are very limited, so it can be difficult to communicate with them without Chinese. However, the staff are friendly and with some effort the language barrier can be overcome.

Amazing facilities. Swimming pool and basketball court. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to try them out. The room was spacious, modern and clean.

The food in the restaurant was good, good selection. Breakfast was also fine for me , quite atmosphere too.

Advanced and Tech hotel. Winter time air conditioner can only select warm air, sometimes it might feel stuffy in the room.

The interior design is pretty decent, can see they really considered the details of the faclities. Breakfast was so good, and good for IG photos as well! But it would be much better if there are more elevators since there are only 2 elevators in the high building and guests have to wait for long.. Other than that, overall was great and I will def choose this hotel next time when I come to shanghai!

Was surprised of the difference in price if the room is the same type but different floors. Overall stay was great and the service ladies were very respectful in providing cleaning services or refreshing the snacks whenever I wanted. Room was same as the photos, pretty clean. Amenities could be up here upgraded as they only have some basic ones and we can grab more at the lobby reception. Sometimes reception may be understaffed. Gym was pretty good but since the culture there was to lower the room temperature, it wasn’t as comfortable. The swimming pool belongs to a separate company so advance booking needed and Shanghai requires swimming cap by law. Other than that, an overall good experience and location was great (except being on a far exit of the metro). The robots delivering things to our rooms were cute but slow during peak hours.
