Jia Qi Hotel (Shanghai the Bund Nanjing East Road shop)

The position is excellent, near the east nanjing road metro and in the middle of nanjing road itself. The room was very small but overall for the price we paid it was okay, the reception girl was really nice and helped us with everything we needed

The location is excellent, close to pedestrian streets and shopping areas. Although the room is relatively small, it is comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a convenient stay. The only downside was a slight cigarette smell, which seemed to come through the air-conditioning system at times. The service was good, and the hotel is very close to the metro station, making it extremely convenient to travel to other tourist attractions around the city. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Very convenient location - literally 2 mins walk from the main shopping street. Very easy to find and also VERY pleasant service team at check in (offered us extra towels upon request, assisted with wifi, gave us tips for places to visit too). 谢谢！ Room however, felt like it was not as per the photos. Not as well maintained (wallpaper peeling, water leaking below sink). Needs proper maintenance.

Great location and convenient for getting around. The hotel is in a building, and the corridors look a bit dated and not very clean. The room was acceptable,but it had no window. The bed is clean and comfortable . Housekeeping was done daily, with fresh towels provided every day throughout my 3-night stay. Overall, a decent stay for the location.

The room was tiny. Without anny windows it's really depressing. You can clearly hearing what's going on in the next rooms. If you turn off the klima and the vent it starts to smell like cigarettes. The clima and the vent are loude. The "breakfast" is a joke. The tv was broken and the colors started to melt after short time. The only good was the location in the city.

Location is strategic, 3 mins walk to the Nanjing East subway station, 5 mins walk to the middle of Nanjing Street, 20 mins walk to the Bund. Very near to the food and shopping area. The hotel provide luggage storage for free, daily housekeeping, free mineral water, disposable slipper. I booked a double bedroom for one person and i think if u travel in two then the space will be tight with limited space to open two luggages. Corridor has the old carpet, rom noise cancellation is poor (i can hear other room chitchat), sliding door for the toilet doesnt work smoothly, hair dryer is weak (i requested for another hair dryer and they provided it which is great), not enough space to hang my jacket properly.

Very good location just a few minutes walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Road, easy to get to Metro line 2 and line 10, many restaurants around

Jia Qui Hotel is great for it’s central location.  I had booked a non-smoking room only to find that there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. Also, the room was on Level 5 which has a really low ceiling height in the corridor - being 6’4”, I felt a bit like I had moved into a Hobbit’s home getting to my room. Gladly, I was able to move the following night. Note, the signage to find this Hotel isn’t that great; the front desk is not always maintained; and breakfast needs to be picked up at reception every morning. Despite this, my stay was smooth, and the bed mattress and linnen were great for a good night’s sleep. Plus the staff would help out with information through translation where they were able.
