民宿位置是真好，我們在上海姥姥家吃完晚飯，溜達到外灘觀景台，中間孩子説累了要回去，隊友把他送回民宿再回來觀景台也就10來分鐘～民宿所在建築感覺本身應該屬於萬國建築羣的一員吧，驚喜的是還有電梯直達，免得我這膝蓋不好的瘸子爬樓梯啦。我們的房間兩個榻榻米房間加一個小廳，一家四口👨👩👦👦很合適。衞生間面積不小，就是缺少放換洗衣服的位置。

房間不錯，乾淨整潔，電視也足夠大，床也舒服。
不過呢，這些都不重要。重要的是這間民宿離外灘是真的近呀，下樓走幾步（不到200米）就是外灘，不要太近好不好，晚上十點半下樓，不用跟人山人海擠位置。
200米內，上海姥姥、大壺春，美食不辜負自己的肚子。
700米步行就是南京路，購物逛街溜溜噠噠就到。

關於環境：特別的難找，是在居民樓裏面，要上電梯後轉樓梯，説是給我升級了房間住在樓頂還帶ktv，和電競房，但房間就像住在小閣樓裏面，廁所也是臭臭的，除了迪士尼樂園酒店，這是我在上海站最貴的民宿了，因為想一家人住在一個房間，翻遍了才找到了這家，説實話是有點失望的呢。
關於停車：我們是自駕遊的，找個地方停車也是真不容易呀，民宿衹能提供有償停車場，但在上海，也是衹能接受了。（還是我大深圳香）
關於服務：特意建了服務羣，不太明白用途，但也算是回覆得很及時，至少當能讓我準確的點到了外賣且在找不到那個有那麼點隱藏式開門按鈕的時候，及時給了幫助。

垃圾，再也不會去了，圖上是感覺一個房間一個窗户，其實空間小而且一個房間有一個小天窗另個房間根本沒窗户，非常壓抑，因為帶小孩過去晚了，就不走了，想換房間也沒有，房間衞生不咋地，加上隔音也差，大家一晚上都沒怎麼睡過，隔壁聊天聊到快.點，真的後悔當時應該馬上走😭

離外灘很近，去徒步區也不遠，地點真的很好，房間濕氣有點重，但還算整潔，服務人員也很好，有問題幾乎很快來解決

本來不想點評的，實在不忍看到下個租客上當，房子就是個頂層屋頂，像是個搞音樂室改成的間間的小房子，老闆也太扣了，硬件設施很舊很老，一睌上還800多，還不如加點錢住酒店，隔音效果也不好，除了隔外灘近沒優點，其實上海地鐵很方便的，住哪都一樣。

玩的一應俱全 跟女朋友兩個人住的 還可以叫朋友來玩 k歌什麼的 叫上外賣 又私密 附近米其林100米內 走到外灘就隔條馬路距離 十分方便
