空調，洗衣機，熱水器該有的都有。非常方便，離地鐵站走過來也不遠。房間打掃的非常乾淨，整個地板都蹭亮蹭亮的。都是些年輕的小夥伴，住着非常舒服，大家相處也很和諧。很好，值得推薦。

住了幾次了，挺不錯的一個地方，全實木床，老闆説幹了好幾年了，住的大部分是剛出來的學生，都很好相處，老闆也很用心，總之住的挺好

老闆做的服務行業衹知道賺錢，卻不知道提供服務。1衞生到處不衞生，從床鋪到衞生間。床鋪不是一客一換，這樣很容易交叉感染性病和腳氣。尤其是腳氣傳染與抵抗力無關。2設施因為床不到1米，再加上sd的設計，導致上鋪上床困難，因為上鋪的高度，和床架很輕，爬上床的一瞬間很容易把床拉倒，而且爬梯就是圖中的90度二台階，你上的時候是該不該踩下鋪的床檐呢，踩了，別人可能會不高興。不踩，又不好爬。另外，那麼大空間的房子，他個蠢不買寬些的床和搭配斜梯。每個床沒有自己的插線板，是電插排直接掛在床上或扔在床上的。每個床沒有配獨立的床頭燈。床墊超薄，薄到能摸到牀板之間的間隙，睡的背痛。拜託老闆你看看別人家的床墊，最後兩張圖。衞生間沒有分隔，6室一廳的房子共用一個衞生間，想想是多可怕的事，住滿的話就是30多人在用一個衞生間。經常上廁所，大小便，都會有人打開門看着你，（因為廁所的門鎖是壞的）你上廁所擦屁股時也有人看你。真的是像原始社會。你在旁邊拉屎，別人在旁邊洗衣服，呵呵。3服務沒有門禁卡，超級不方便，老闆為了賺錢，會收20元，因為你忘記還，老闆就賺錢了。床單被罩永遠是別人蓋過的，老闆不在乎你的健康。4位置距離地鐵站1公里處。距離菜鳥驛站400多米。
