This is my go-to budget hotel whenever I'm on a business trip. I really like its modern and trendy decor. This time, I was pleasantly surprised that they upgraded me to a double room on the third floor. It's much cleaner and more spacious than the rooms on the second floor, and all the amenities are brand new—looks like it was recently renovated. As soon as you walk in, there's a Xiao Du AI assistant that you can use to play music or adjust the lighting with voice commands. The TV screen is also huge and you can cast movies to it, which is fantastic! I'm very satisfied overall.

The actual room didn't match the photos – it looked quite different when I first walked in. I realized a decorative table was missing, which really changed the overall feel. It was still okay, but it definitely didn't have that tatami vibe I was expecting.

Spotlessly clean, with a great environment. The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were modern, even featuring voice control. Fantastic value for money, highly recommend!

It's on the second floor, a small apartment-style hotel. The single room has all the necessary facilities. It's quite close to 'Backpackers 10 Years' (a well-known hostel/cafe) and 'Amber' is upstairs. The Changping Road subway station is nearby.

Lovely place, polite staff, nice location, the room was small but immaculately clean and cozy. Great shower, good amenities, pleasant place to stay.

This is a small hotel with a super convenient location I ordered the small no windows room and slept like a rock. Jing’an is a great neighborhood with lots of different food options and shopping nearby.

Thanks to the front desk for their service. I was in a hurry and couldn't check out on time, but they kindly extended my check-out by an hour for free. Everything else was also good.

The stay is good and comfortable for a couple of days, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Our main issue was the lack of communication and poor service - we used their washing machine and confirmed with the staff that they will put our clothes in the dryer afterwards. When we returned hours later to the hotel they told us that the dryer was broken so our clothes were left wet in a bowl for hours which of course resulted in a terrible smell. No one thought to get in touch with us so we could come back and take care of it during the day. We were leaving early the next day and instead of a comfortable evening we had to carry wet clothes to another location to wash it again (for which they refused to pay).

The hotel has a very strategic location, just a short walk from the metro station, which makes getting around the city very convenient. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, everything else was great. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very good location in a nice area not far from the metro. It's not noisy though being in quite an active area. The room was good and clean.

Absolutely terrible. The air conditioner blasted a strong, musty smell that made me dizzy. Sleeping upstairs in the duplex was impossible due to the overwhelming odor and incredibly poor air quality. The air purifier was broken and covered in dust. The space was super cramped with an inconvenient staircase. I felt sick for days after just one night. It was smelly and disgusting. Definitely do not stay here.

The room was very clean and quiet at night. The location was also great, and the front desk lady was very welcoming.

The room was cramped and small, and there was no elevator. It was very inconvenient for my elderly parents who had difficulty with mobility, as we had to climb several flights of stairs. For a room meant for four people, they only replaced three towels each night, so we had to go to the front desk every day to get an extra one. The laundry room also had limited operating hours, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel is at level 2 with no lift. However, it is an accessible location with interesting food stores 3-4 traffic lights away.
