After reading reviews saying the main building has central AC that can't be individually adjusted, while the annex can, I chose the annex. The staff did mention a small staircase, which I was fine with. However, they failed to mention that food delivery robots can't reach there. Since I don't like rooms too close to the elevator, my room was at the very end of the corridor. With the robot unable to deliver, it meant I had to walk back and forth along that long hallway (picture 1) – especially since I tend to order 3-4 deliveries at once. I'm here to stay at a hotel, not to exercise, so I had to contact staff to bring all my deliveries up at once.
Pros: Excellent service, very clean, great location, facilities are new, and I really liked the desk.
Cons: The hotel's layout is problematic; the fact that food deliveries can't reach past that small staircase is a major flaw. Also, the main building having central AC that can't be individually adjusted is really bad.
