Upstairs floor was a bit too low as you could not stand up straight.

We had a lovely stay at this BnB in Old Shanghai area. The space was roomy and pleasant with all amenities (you may want to bring your own towels even though disposable towels are provided). The location was great close to restaurants and cafes and not too far from the Metro. The patio was my favorite spot to relax. The hostess was wonderful and was happy to assist with enquiries. I would return here again.

room is great for those who loves that arrangement in old Shanghai style popular living areas
room cleaning ok, but entrance/common kitchen/stairs area are very dirty

Their both addresses, Ch8nese and English were wrong, and under the rain I had such a huge difficulty finding the place.
I would never found the location without their guide.
They use 1 time compsable towel, which may not dry you easily and enough.
Location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the temple and 10 minutes from metro station. Given the budget, You can do better in other locations.

Room is very true to picture. Cleanliness is 7/10, a little dusty. Location is 7/10, need to book taxi around. Basic amenities provided but requested for toilet paper on 2nd day, owner did not provide at all.
