Great Friendly hotel . The staff can not do enough for you . English speaking is not availble whilst we were staying but they had a great translation app. Hotel bed was so comfortable !! Great shower and goid quality towels. Room size ok for max three night stay. Airport pick up and drop off great . They will wechat you to communicate . Breakfast simple but plentyfull and tasty. Location 20 mins in traffic from airport/train station. The robot room service was great !! Recommend top flloor away from lift .. All in all a great stay would use again thank you so much !

I was planning a 'special forces' trip to Shanghai, but I missed my high-speed train. My friend and I booked this Holiday Inn Express nearby, and it was only an 18-minute taxi ride away. Holiday Inn Express includes breakfast, which was really good. I was even thinking we could grab brunch there before heading back the next day (gotta save where you can, splurge where you should!). The hotel room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We had a lot of luggage, and the front desk staff saw us and immediately offered to help – that was really thoughtful and heartwarming. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here again. It's so convenient to the high-speed train station, so you don't have to rush to catch your train, and there are plenty of food options right across the street – super convenient!

The room facilities are quite complete and the service attitude is good. In the morning, there is a full buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. They will go over to clean whenever there is a need. It is a very good experience and is recommended

This hotel recently joined IHG, but it's not a new property; it previously operated under Greenland Group's own brand. It's located in western Shanghai, within Jiading District but very close to the Hongqiao area, not far from Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. There's a Wanda Plaza nearby. Public transport is convenient: take Metro Line 13 to Jinshajiang Road Station, which also offers direct connections to Hanzhong Road (near Shanghai Railway Station), the Natural History Museum, and Nanjing West Road/Wujiang Road. So, despite its seemingly peripheral location, getting around is surprisingly easy. This VOCO features an executive lounge, and both the afternoon tea and happy hour were quite good, as was the service. The rooms are quite spacious with ample storage, better than other VOCO hotels I've experienced. Overall, excellent value for money. The only minor issue was with the facilities: the shower in my room had a leak, causing water to seep into the adjacent toilet area after showering, which I had to wipe up with a hand towel (as shown in the last picture).

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, I would like to praise their customer service team, who are always friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the room are also very complete. The bed is comfortable and you can fall asleep as soon as you lie down. The TV channels are rich and varied to suit different tastes. The bathroom products are also high-end and thoughtful. In addition, they provide free high-speed wireless Internet access, tea service and laundry service

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I fell in love with this tasteful hotel. I originally planned to stay for only two days, but ended up staying so long that I had to leave Shanghai. Even though it is a long way to the center of Shanghai, it is worth it.
The hotel has the convenience of a business hotel and the service of a high-end hotel. My husband commented that it is the most satisfactory hotel he has ever stayed in.
The front desk staff is very professional, polite and enthusiastic. The room is on a high floor, spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the chef's noodles are good. My husband said that he finally had a bowl of cooked noodles.

The service attitude was, as always, excellent. However, some issues persist. The hairdryer still hasn't been replaced and is quite ineffective for guests with long hair. Facility checks don't seem to be conducted promptly, leaving me unsure whether it's due to inadequate inspections or poor overall management. Taking a shower was a complete mess, with water splashing everywhere like I was in a waterfall! 😂 I hope to have a much better stay experience next time.

In Jiangqiao Old Street, there are many restaurants around, and they are all old restaurants in residential areas. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is more than 10 kilometers away from Hongqiao Airport, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Jiayi Road Station on Line 14, and it is very convenient to take the subway to the Bund 14 station! The only drawback is that there is a little noise from the aircraft on the flight route. It is acceptable.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, the room projection is reliable, the mattress and pillow are also very comfortable. I plan to stay in Atour when I travel later. I can be fully refreshed the next day after a night's rest.

Getting Around Shanghai
Shanghai is a city with a huge flow of overseas tourists. If you’re flying, there are two main airports: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA). But most international flights land at Pudong Airport.
Pudong Airport is about 45 kilometers from downtown and handles most international flights. You can get to the city by metro, an airport bus, or if you’re feeling fancy, the Maglev Train—it’s fast and kinda cool!
On the other hand, Shanghai Hongqiao airport is just 15 kilometers from the city center and mostly deals with domestic flights. You’ve got metro lines 2 and 10 to zip you straight to city.
