Very nice hotel. Better than expected location due to some error on Google Maps. Within 5 mins to Nanjing Pedestrian Street.
The receptionist is very courteous. Friendly.
The room is clean. Spacious. Guest Laundry can be crowded due to some inconsiderate guests. Unlimited supply of bottled water from reception. Bathroom glass door a bit awkward because it is semi-tinted (semi see through 😅)
Will come back to this hotel if I return to visit Shanghai.

Great location, right at the ever popular Nanjing East Pedestrian Street. The front desk staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at the spacious comfortable and clean family room. Our initial complaint about slow flowing wash basin was IMMEDIATELY attended to. Kudos to the front desk staff👍 In addition, we got to enjoy the cocktail and snacks at the Executive Lounge in the evening. Definitely a great place to stay in Shanghai.

The room was very clean and the location was super convenient. The main thing is that the tomb was exceptionally good, the room was very quiet, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great variety. I'll definitely come back on my next trip.

I was impressed with this hotel, all the staffs are friendly. They always say 你好 every time. And when I was staying there it's corresponding to my birthday, I'm outside all day and when I'm back to my room I saw a little cake and the candle with a Happy Birthday's note on the table. I really appreciated what they do so much and the cake was delicious.
And when I checked out they give me a beautiful hand cream and thank you note again.
So I will definitely be back again.

We stay here for 2 nights, arrived at midnight due to flight delay and there’s staff at the reception to help me with the check-in and other assistance. The room is clean and spacious enough to open the 28” luggage. 2 adults and 1 toddler can sleep well.

The Deluxe Family Room, with its 'two king-size beds + separate layout + wet and dry separation,' was incredibly comfortable and convenient for traveling with kids, also very safe. Having just one room door meant no worries about the insecurity of connecting rooms. The only minor inconvenience was the bathroom door; if someone was using it, it couldn't be fully closed, so only one person could use it at a time. The room itself was comfortable, but I really wish there were pillows of varying firmness. My neck and shoulders were so stiff and sore from sleeping on them, it was quite a struggle for so many nights, honestly torture 🙃. Breakfast needed to be purchased separately, but it was quite convenient. The washer and dryer were shared among guests, which was fine, just had to wait in line. Communication with the hotel staff was excellent. The air conditioning was powerful, making the room comfortably cool. There are also many great restaurants near the hotel, and getting to Nanjing Road was easy. I will definitely be back next time 💜

Everyone in this hotel are very friendly and helpful in assisting with our queries. Room is nice, bed is comfortable, shower is wonderful, and it comes with a Dyson compatible hair dryer. Hotel provides simple supper. Breakfast is nice too although theres not much variety. Walkable distance to Da Shi Jie and Nanjing road. And short Didi to Huaihai Road. Great location for our stay, with metro station just 1min away.

Perfect location from Nanjing main road . Super easy to go to. Best if you arent too picky. Good for bag packers, a Friends. If you just need a place for good sleep. It definitely could work 👍 on maintaining the place more . A little beat up and will do wonders with some repair works. Perhaps more intense cleaning will help . Overall. For the price n location it's good enough for us!

Hotel is located in small alley, we can easily reach the hotel by Amap navigation. It’s near The Bund area, takes 5mins by riding bike or 10mins by walk.the building is a little bit old but clean and they have equipment enough for short trip (hair dryer, laundry room, coffee maker, free water bottle…) The staffs are nice & helpful. They asked us to change to larger room which is more comfortable and also help us do laundry at late night so that we can have more rest time

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel due to some negative reviews, but after my stay, I can confidently say that I have no regrets. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. The front desk lady who assisted with my check-in was attentive to every detail and even went out of her way to help me carry my luggage to the room, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff, especially Ms. 兰知, was also very friendly and caring throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent, the room rates are reasonable, and the overall service quality is commendable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Getting Around Shanghai
Shanghai is a city with a huge flow of overseas tourists. If you’re flying, there are two main airports: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA). But most international flights land at Pudong Airport.
Pudong Airport is about 45 kilometers from downtown and handles most international flights. You can get to the city by metro, an airport bus, or if you’re feeling fancy, the Maglev Train—it’s fast and kinda cool!
On the other hand, Shanghai Hongqiao airport is just 15 kilometers from the city center and mostly deals with domestic flights. You’ve got metro lines 2 and 10 to zip you straight to city.

It's extremely convenient for getting around; there's a bus stop right outside, the Bund ferry terminal is nearby, and the Bund is just outside the door. It faces the three iconic buildings (Four Towers) and is about a ten-minute walk from the pedestrian street. The front desk service was excellent and very friendly. They even provided children's toothbrushes and slippers. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel accommodations during my trip to Shanghai. I would give it a 5-star recommendation.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at Blossom House Shanghai On The Bund. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Bund and close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Shanghai incredibly convenient.
The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, and it really elevated the overall experience. I had a room with terrace which i enjoyed very much. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was offering local tips or helping with small requests.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. Great location, great rooms, great food, and fantastic service. I would definitely stay here again!

As an IHG luxury brand hotel, it perfectly embodies the concept of 'a new view at every turn.' From my room's balcony, the dazzling lights of Lujiazui's skyscrapers and the historic Bund architecture across the Huangpu River created a breathtaking panorama. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine.

The hotel is situated at 60 Huangpu Road, just a stone's throw from the famous Waibaidu Bridge and a 5-minute walk to the Bund Observation Deck. For citywalk enthusiasts, this is the ultimate starting point: Lujiazui's iconic 'three-piece suit' to the east, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street to the west, and the International Cruise Terminal Station on Metro Line 12 also nearby.
🛏️ Immersive Experience
I was immediately impressed by the meticulous butler service upon check-in – welcome fruits and red wine were already set, and the turndown service even thoughtfully adjusted the room lighting. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I even unlocked a hidden breakfast menu! I highly recommend trying the freshly made Lobster Eggs Benedict; it's even better with the river view.
The room wasn't exceptionally large, but the layout was exquisite, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby.

YYikexinThe hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there's a food street and convenience stores right around the corner. It's super convenient whether you're shopping or on a tight schedule.

FFreddieliciousToday is my last day at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai. At first, I loved the hotel, but unfortunately, the experience has slowly deteriorated.
Before arrival, I had tried emailing ************************* to make a small request to celebrate an anniversary, but the email failed to deliver with an error saying the recipient’s server didn’t recognize certain characters. I’m not sure why, as the email was in English and sent from my phone.
At check-in, I mentioned this to the receptionist (his name started with “C”), who was very polite and spoke to the lady behind him, asking her to reach out to Angela to assist. He then told me to head to my room and assured me I would be contacted. I waited for an hour in the room with no update, so I went out hoping to find a message upon my return, but sadly, there was still nothing.
The email issue could have been my fault, and that is fine. But what is unacceptable is being promised a follow-up for such a special occasion and then never receiving it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better communication and service consistency.
Later, my son lost part of his toy, which led me to start searching around the room. While doing so, I discovered dust under every cabinet. Worse, I found what looked like someone else’s cream bottle stuck between the bed and the dresser. This makes me believe that the bottom part of the bed sheet was not changed, as housekeeping would almost certainly have noticed such an item if the bed had been properly stripped and remade.
I have stayed in many Marriott properties, and this is the first time I would give only 2–3 stars. :(

The hotel staff were excellent in their service attitude and awareness, very enthusiastically helping every guest with their luggage 👍🏻. The hotel is at most a 10-minute walk from the Bund. Although the room isn't large, for this location, it offers great value for money.
