The room was clean and decorated simply but warmly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, offering both breakfast and late-night snacks. It's a bit far from the subway station, but at just over a hundred, it offers great value for money. There was no smoke smell in the room, it had a window for good ventilation, and it was quiet.

I've been to Shanghai many times, and this time I specifically chose this hotel near Shanghai South Railway Station for easy access to day trips outside the city. The hotel entrance is right by Metro Line 1, and you can walk directly into the South Station to catch a train, making it super convenient for visiting surrounding cities. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The bedding is comfortable, and overall, I had a great experience!

Stayed here for a business trip. The room was decent, and it had a pleasant, sweet orange scent. There were four bottles of water (two in the mini-fridge), along with sugar and tea bags. The cleanliness was also good. The soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was satisfying. Overall, it met my expectations for a business trip hotel. My only gripe is the price, but considering it was a weekend in Shanghai, it's understandable.

Considering the price, it's one of the better options in the vicinity. Parking is available right outside (free, but subject to availability), or you can park at the Grand Skylight Hotel's lot, which is about 100 meters away. There's a convenience store and a beef noodle shop right downstairs. It's also quite close to the Shanghai Botanical Garden, perfect for a morning stroll during summer.
Facilities: There's a microwave in the common area, which is very convenient. The mini-fridge in the room even has a small freezer compartment, not just a cooler.
Service: The receptionist was very patient and friendly on the phone.

Among all the mid-range chain hotels I have stayed in, the restaurant of Atour is the best. It has hot and cold dishes, both meat and vegetables, and is clean and tidy. The hair dryer is the best I have ever used, with very strong wind. The disadvantage is that the price is a bit expensive, because of the superior location, but the hotel is 20 years old, the facilities are very old, there is no smart toilet, and the faucet in the wash basin is turned on and * is everywhere. The mattress and bedding are very comfortable, so overall it is a good review.

This is a very new hotel. I got an upgrade to a room with a small balcony overlooking the river. The room size was just right, and it came fully equipped with a coffee machine, a Dyson hairdryer, and a smart toilet. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably.
The hotel is located near the newest commercial area on the West Bund and is also very close to the West Bund Art Museum, making it very convenient for getting around.
The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the noodles made by the Shanghai chef were delicious. It would be great if they could add more variety later on.
Overall, I'm very satisfied; it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the West Bund.

Pudong Airport is about 45 kilometers from downtown and handles most international flights. You can get to the city by metro, an airport bus, or if you’re feeling fancy, the Maglev Train—it’s fast and kinda cool!
On the other hand, Shanghai Hongqiao airport is just 15 kilometers from the city center and mostly deals with domestic flights. You’ve got metro lines 2 and 10 to zip you straight to city.
