The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was visibly impeccable: the bed in the room was neatly made with no strange odors, and the sheets and duvet covers were soft, skin-friendly, and stain-free. Desks and windowsills were spotless, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, with a shiny, water-free counter and neatly arranged toiletries. There wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, showing how meticulously the daily cleaning is done. As for the service, it was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-in process was quick. They even proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and local travel tips. During my stay, any requests I had were promptly addressed by customer service; items were delivered to my room quickly and considerately. The cleaning staff were meticulous daily, even asking if I needed items replaced – professionalism was evident in every detail. The hotel's public areas were also neat and orderly. Elevators were regularly disinfected, the lobby was clean and bright, and the lounge area was comfortable and tidy. Overall, the experience was excellent. Whether it was facility maintenance, service attitude, or hygiene standards, everything was flawless. The value for money is outstanding, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit. It's truly worth checking out!

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Jinglai Hotel Shanghai. The location is perfect—close to metro, restaurant, shops, and local attractions. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially the front desk team, which is extremely helpful. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. Great value for money. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Shanghai!

Traveling with friends, we booked this room last minute and were pleasantly surprised! The family room was incredibly spacious; it's so hard to find such a large room in this area. With one queen-sized bed and one king-sized bed, the three of us slept very comfortably. The facilities were also quite new, and the room was clean. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next get-together. A special shout-out to Xiao Ji at the front desk – her service was excellent, warm, and accommodating to all our requests!

The environment here is great, perfect for a getaway with friends. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It's quiet at night, and the hot water runs freely, so we slept soundly. The hotel is located right in the city center with a bustling commercial area downstairs, making transportation very convenient. Plus, there are plenty of delicious local foods to try.

It's about 5 minutes walk to metro line 13 and 14 without any shade. If it rains or you have heavy luggage, it's going to be tricky. To get to the lift that will take you to the hotel, you also need to lug your luggage up steps so this isn't easy either. While the surrounding is safe, it does look a tad dodgy. The hotel also looks a bit shabby even though it's supposed to be renovated recently. There is a vending machine if you want to get drinks and snacks. There is an eatery opposite that's supposed to be 24 hours but throughout my four days, I've not seen anyone eating there. The room is clean, I find the bed to be firm but comfortable. And while the picture has a nice window, this is certainly not what I got - big curtains covering the wall. You get basic amenities like bottled water, electric kettle, tv, dental set, soap, a small tube of shower gel and shampoo, body towel, face towel, tissue and bedroom slippers. There was a missing lightbulb in the room, and the mirror light does not work. Fortunately, the washing machine does, and it's a dryer as well. For the price, it's decent enough especially if you travel light. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Service-wise, I got by with translation app, but whether you get someone helpful or not depends on who is on duty.

The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The surrounding area is very quiet. The front desk was very welcoming and always ready to help. It's very close to the subway station, making dining and shopping very convenient. There's also a Starbucks and a Lawson nearby.

The room was an even bigger surprise; it was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that felt uncrowded. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support. Coupled with blackout curtains that provided perfect light blocking, I had a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the branded toiletries felt high-quality. Hot water supply was ample and stable, and even the hairdryer was powerful, making for a great experience. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with no dust in the corners, and the cups were high-temperature sterilized, making me feel incredibly at ease during my stay.

The room was very clean, the environment was quiet, and the service was excellent. They even let me check out an hour late and gave me a small gift. It's also very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to Jing'an Temple and Nanjing Road. I'm very satisfied!

My sister highly recommended this hotel and insisted I go see her favorite little cat. Since my itinerary was mostly in the northern and southern outskirts, far from the city center, I originally planned to just stay one night to see the cat. But!! The small room was incredibly comfortable! It was so cozy that I ended up staying here for my entire trip in Shanghai. The transportation is very convenient, not too far from the subway, and it's super quiet. Overall, it's very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom size blows chain hotels out of the water (it's huge, seriously huge). There are even cat mirrors in the hallway! No wonder it's a 'celebrity' cat! The amenities are super comprehensive, including a charger! It totally saved me as I'd forgotten mine and was about to head to a convenience store. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This is exactly why my sister kept calling and practically forced me to book this hotel!
