Booked a few rooms for our trip in Shanghai. The single bedroom was very, very nice and the service was amazing. Really great breakfast.
There was included service to the airport in Hongqiao.
The only issue I had was that this room at the end of the hall was below a room that was used for karaoke in the evening, so it would wake me up from midnight to 2 AM even when using the provided earplugs. Not sure why there is karaoke activity in a hotel but that was the only downside. It was something that the front desk warned me about at the beginning of my stay, but they weren’t able to switch rooms as the room type I booked was all booked. 
Other than that, I would recommend staying here as most room rooms. Do not have this issue.

Great Friendly hotel . The staff can not do enough for you . English speaking is not availble whilst we were staying but they had a great translation app. Hotel bed was so comfortable !! Great shower and goid quality towels. Room size ok for max three night stay. Airport pick up and drop off great . They will wechat you to communicate . Breakfast simple but plentyfull and tasty. Location 20 mins in traffic from airport/train station. The robot room service was great !! Recommend top flloor away from lift .. All in all a great stay would use again thank you so much !

We had a pleasant stay. They allowed us to check in early which was a blessing for us after the long road trip. The front desk staff served us quick and friendly and spoke english as well. The room was clean and spacious, modern design. It was a loft room of two 2 queen beds, 2 TV’s, 1 bathroom, a 2 door refrigerator, small washing machine, and complete iron with table and hairdryer, it has a balcony, a small kitchen with a electric stove, complete modern utensils, plate, glass, spoons, water jug, microwave, frypan, steamed pan and even a dish foam was provided. It was located a little bit far from the city center of shanghai, but you can conveniently commute with the metro line 7, the station can be found under the mall, the right building across the hotel, the same building where we can park our car for free as our duration of our stay. On the mall basement, plenty of restaurants can be found and not packed at all, also you find a 24hrs seven eleven store in front of the hotel. The downside was the bathroom door was a bit hard to closed, everything else was perfect. We would like to stay again when visiting shanghai.

Arrived in the morning, and the room was ready for check-in by 9 AM. They accommodated my request for a high-floor room. There was a virtually unlimited supply of mineral water. The room was neat and clean. The location is conveniently located right above the subway station. Overall, it was fantastic!

We visited Shanghai with my daughter during the summer holiday and booked this hotel for two nights. It's conveniently located at the intersection of Jinshajiang Road and Zhenbei Road, very close to the subway station, and with Kintetsu Plaza and 118 Plaza just next door. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. Simi at the front desk was incredibly warm, friendly, beautiful, generous, and charming – always available to help immediately. I really appreciate such service! There are many shopping malls near the hotel, making dining and shopping very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. I love the city view king room and will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was better than expected, with a large area, quite square, and good hygiene. There were many kinds of items on the desk, including pencils, letter paper, erasers, pencil sharpeners, staplers, paper clips, and magazines such as ELLE and Rui Shi. It came with breakfast, the service attitude was good, the lobby was also spacious and beautiful, and there were aid-to-Tibet items, which was a bit unexpected or pleasant.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The overall experience is very good. First of all, the hotel lobby is very large, and there is also a large parking lot, which is very convenient for us to park. The hotel front desk check-in is also very enthusiastic. After placing an order in advance, we received a call from the staff to inform us of the weather conditions and the route to and from the hotel, which is very considerate. The room is also very clean, and the air in the room is very fresh and odorless. There is also a faint fragrance in the corridor. The hardware facilities in the room are very complete, with air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. The hotel is very soundproof and very quiet. I recommend it to everyone.

Every holiday, I choose to stay at Shama Changfeng serviced apartment when I visit Shanghai. It truly feels like a cozy home away from home. The location is excellent, right next to Changfeng Park and the Joy City shopping mall, which offers a great mix of leisure, shopping, entertainment, and dining options with plenty of food choices. Transportation is super convenient, as the Changfeng Park station of Line 15 is just steps away. The apartment layouts at Shama are fantastic, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring they are spotless and hygienic. The staff are also very warm and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Getting Around Shanghai
Shanghai is a city with a huge flow of overseas tourists. If you’re flying, there are two main airports: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA). But most international flights land at Pudong Airport.
Pudong Airport is about 45 kilometers from downtown and handles most international flights. You can get to the city by metro, an airport bus, or if you’re feeling fancy, the Maglev Train—it’s fast and kinda cool!
On the other hand, Shanghai Hongqiao airport is just 15 kilometers from the city center and mostly deals with domestic flights. You’ve got metro lines 2 and 10 to zip you straight to city.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The bed linens were a bit of a problem; they made my skin itchy, and I developed a small rash the next day that hasn't gone away yet.
The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and excellent. However, upon check-in, I wasn't informed that my room had no windows, so it was all wall-to-wall with no view, which was a negative. My request for an upgrade was ultimately unsuccessful.
The bathroom in the room was spacious and nice, but the cleanliness of the linens and towels warrants attention.
The minibar had a wide selection of coffee and tea, and was well-stocked.
The hotel doesn't have a pool, but there are swimming options nearby.

YYuwanwanwanI went on a last-minute business trip to Shanghai. Since I was traveling back and forth from Hongqiao and working in Jing'an District, I was looking for a suitable hotel nearby. I stumbled upon a new InterContinental Zhuge location, so I decided to give it a try.
The overall experience was good. Since it's a new hotel, the ambiance and cleanliness were excellent. I was a little concerned about the smell, but after checking previous reviews, no one mentioned it. After checking in, I noticed the air purifier was set to high settings, and it worked.
Amenities: The hotel has everything you need for a fitness center and laundry facilities. Besides the swimming pool, which is rare for this location, it's generally adequate for daily stays.
Area: The surrounding area is generally convenient, within walking distance of the subway station, and taxis are available right at the hotel entrance.
Service: I have to specifically commend the front desk staff, Little Prince (hahaha, this nickname is amazing), and Yuna (I'm not sure if the name is correct, please bear with me). From the meticulous check-in process to the thoughtful gift after check-out, I felt completely at home. It's definitely a plus point that would make me want to stay again. 👍👍
Having mentioned the positives, here are the negatives:
The basic housekeeping service was indeed a bit sloppy. After checking in, I tried to wash up that night, but I didn't find a toothbrush or toothpaste in the room. They probably forgot to provide them during housekeeping, so I had to order room service at 1 a.m. Also, the sensor ceiling light in the bathroom was too bright, and the sensor night lights in the hallway and room were too sensitive, which really disrupted my sleep. If I woke up in the middle of the night, I'd be instantly awake. I'd definitely recommend changing these. I've always been into Santonban (see picture) at the coffee shop in the lobby because cold brew is so convenient and easy to use for long-term business travelers. So, I heard the shop downstairs specializes in Santonban coffee, so I figured it wouldn't be a disaster. But... I was completely surprised by the poor quality. I could tolerate the limited selection, but the problem is, they only offer two options: a latte and an Americano. How can they both be so awful?!
It was such a disappointing experience early in the morning. From order to delivery, I had a feeling it was going to be a disaster in less than two minutes. The Americano was perfectly bland, and the latte's milk and coffee separated, and the milk wasn't good. Honestly, your product isn't even as good as the breakfast options at Yaduo. Even my own cold brew is better, not to mention the Banyan Tree brand. Should you put in some effort? Or, let's just say if it's not good enough, just don't do it. As a selling point, it's a complete failure.
This is my overall stay experience. I can't claim to be comprehensive, but it's definitely objective and is for future reference.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic DDDDD, every time they come in and out, they will greet us, and they will ask if they need help with luggage when they check in. The room has my favorite full-length mirror, the mirror is very convenient, the health is very clean, the air conditioning is great! 👍 Mainly because you can park for free at the entrance of this hotel, it saves money and is convenient haha, there is a pedestrian street nearby, it will be there after a while, there are a lot of food inside, it is highly recommended D

The front desk service was superb; check-in was quick, and they kindly helped me with my luggage. Complimentary coffee is available, and the entire place was very clean. The rooms are also quite spacious. Highly recommended!

I felt like a VIP! The room was spotless, like it had just been renovated. The soft, cozy bed and the perfectly-tempered air conditioning instantly put me in relaxation mode. The city lights outside the window, paired with gentle background music, made me wish I could just freeze time right there. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is so varied it's almost overwhelming – both sweet and savory options, and all incredibly delicious. The attention to detail was truly surprising: daily housekeeping was so meticulous, even the pillow arrangement was perfect, bathroom amenities were always replenished, and they even left fruit and a handwritten card in the room, adding a lovely touch of ceremony. Most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, shopping mall, and food street, making getting around a breeze. MM32367****Yes, a beautiful lady at the front desk gave me an energy pack that day. On the first day of my stay, the room next door was very noisy. The front desk arranged for people to contact those hotels but they didn't work. Some people's quality was really poor. I couldn't sleep until after 1 a.m. that day. A beautiful lady at the front desk should be the person in charge. She booked another room for me that day and changed the room the next day. The room had a window and a refrigerator. Thumbs up to this beautiful lady, but the little boy at the front desk was a bit incompetent. He measured the height of the child and said there was no room for change. It was only thanks to the beautiful lady next to us that we were able to change the room.
