A perfect stay experience. Highly recommended! The hotel's environment is very comfortable, the lobby as a whole is elegant and simple, and the guest rooms are a combination of Klein blue and white, which is fashionable and retro. The service was quite good. There was a staff member named Han at the front desk who was very polite and patient. Because we forgot to make a reservation for the Disney shuttle bus for the next day the day before, he actively coordinated other shuttle buses for me that day and was very dedicated to solving problems for customers. The facilities are also good, the toiletries are complete, the room is cleaned by the aunt every day, and the pajamas that are scattered around are folded for us, which is very considerate. I have a small suggestion. I hope the temperature of the swimming pool can be raised when the weather is cold. When the weather is wet and cold, you need strong willpower to experience the swimming pool~ In addition, in response to some previous reviews saying that the buffet is unpalatable, it is indeed difficult to disagree. My children and I felt that the variety of the buffet was pretty good, with everything we should have, and they were all relatively fresh. Finally, I would like to comment specifically on Disney’s pick-up and drop-off service. The driver is very nice and takes special care of every customer. It has been windy, rainy and very cold in Shanghai recently. The driver turned on the air conditioning and heating as soon as we got in the car. The service was very attentive. Especially the 10pm bus we took on the 22nd. It was raining that day and there were a lot of people leaving the park. It was not very fast to walk with children. The driver kept telling us not to be anxious, not to be anxious, and to take our time. Come on, it’s so heart-warming!

We love this hotel for its spacious room and cleanliness. They provide a shuttle bus services to the Disney park and it only takes 5 minutes drive! There is also a free laundromat for guests to use which we love. However we realised some guests tried to cheat the system and trouble staff to help them wash instead of queueing up like how it should be. Fancy queuing after midnight only to have your queue cut by someone who aren’t physical there. I mentioned we love the shuttle bus which was very convenient. However on the last day of Disney something disappointing happened. We decided on the 930pm shuttle bus and the bus wasn’t there when we arrive but that is okay. A family of less than 5 pax was already in the queue and had been harping to the driver and loudly that they are a group of 19 pax. Their other 14 pax family members came after me and other guests and conveniently went to the front of the queue. After the bus arrived their head of family blocked the door and did not allow other guests up. When we tried to go first. They said we were cutting their queue and told us to go behind. In the end other guests were almost asked by the driver to take the next shuttle bus which was 10pm. This is very ridiculous as everyone has been queuing up group by group and it has been a first come first serve basis in Disney park. The hotel should not allow this to happen again where a proper queue flow was not established. It is unfair to others who took the effort to come early for the bus.

That day, I took the elevator and limited the load to 11 people. After I entered, I issued an overload warning. Others looked at me in surprise. They didn’t know that I still lived in your heart.

Not bad. In Shanghai, it is mainly because of the high cost-effectiveness on the Internet. Secondly, the boss warmly entertains, helps with the bag, enthusiastic service, next time I have the opportunity to come again... I will see the store business prosperously and make a lot of money. Come on together! !

The location is superior. Disney is a little bit next to it. The traffic is very convenient. There is a subway and a central ring next to it. The room is comfortable and hygienic. The hotel has complete facilities and a lot of assistive devices suitable for the elderly. It is a supporting hotel for an apartment for the elderly. It is very different from some express business hotels Same, Qiao Qiao at the front desk is warm and thoughtful and reminded that there is a matching gym, swimming pool and parking coupons for the next day~ I recommend the mahjong suite here, this time I specially come to play mahjong with my friends~ I will come again next time~
