Indigo Properties in Shanghai

The hotel's location is superb, with an unbeatable river view from the room. My family and I were really happy with our stay. Our room was upgraded, it was spacious and clean, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The hotel service was excellent; they even allowed us a late check-out. They really pay attention to the details. The convenient location made getting around and sightseeing effortless. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is new and very well-designed, with excellent lake views. It's surrounded by attractions like the Planetarium, Haichang Ocean Park, and Duoyun Bookstore, making it perfect for a two-day, one-night weekend getaway. The hotel's brunch is quite good; while the variety isn't huge, the quality and presentation are exquisite, and it runs until 12:30 PM. The staff are also very friendly; Klaus and Coco were incredibly patient. I'd definitely choose this Indigo hotel again if I have the chance.

I brought my child for this stay, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. We encountered a minor issue during check-in, and I was a bit worried at first. However, the hotel handled it very promptly and with a responsible, professional attitude. They didn't pass the buck at all, which made us feel truly valued. I especially want to commend the young man with glasses at the front desk. He was patient and meticulous throughout, very dedicated, and proactively helped us communicate and resolve the problem. He handled it perfectly. What started as a small matter turned into a heartwarming experience because of his thoughtful service. The hotel's environment and design are very stylish, and combined with such excellent service, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
